How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
UK: 2–3 business days after dispatch (Next Day option available)
European Union: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Rest of Europe: 4–6 business days after dispatch
Please note: Customs processing may occasionally cause slight delays.
We are currently not shipping to the USA.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! All UK orders are sent tracked as standard. For international orders, we offer both free economy (no tracking) and paid tracked shipping at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed to you if you select the tracked option.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
If your order is delayed, please first check the estimated delivery time for your location. If that time has passed, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate. Please note that free economy shipping does not include tracking or compensation — we recommend upgrading to tracked shipping for peace of mind.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
